꼭 알아 두실 것
- 1년 이용권은 계좌이체 59,900원이며 자동 갱신되지 않습니다. 해외 PayPal 결제는 US$43이고 1년마다 갱신됩니다.
- PayPal 갱신 결제는 7일 전에 메일로 미리 알려 드리고, 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 남은 기간은 그대로 씁니다.
- 결제 후 7일 안에, 그 이용권으로 영상을 한 편도 만들지 않았다면 전액 환불해 드립니다.
- 그 이용권으로 영상을 한 편이라도 만들었다면 환불되지 않습니다. 사기 전에 무료로 1편을 만들어 볼 수 있습니다.
1. 무엇을 파는가
13mincut 은 내 컴퓨터(맥·윈도우)에 설치해 쓰는 자동 영상 편집 프로그램입니다. 1년 이용권을 사면 이용권 키를 받아 프로그램에 등록하고, 이용 기간 동안 편수 제한 없이 영상을 만들 수 있습니다. 이용권 키 하나는 컴퓨터 한 대에서 쓸 수 있고, 프로그램에서 [이 컴퓨터에서 해제] 를 누른 뒤 다른 컴퓨터로 옮길 수 있습니다.
설치 파일은 무료이며, 이용권 없이 영상 1편을 끝까지 만들어 볼 수 있습니다(워터마크·기능 제한 없음). 내 촬영본으로 결과를 먼저 확인한 뒤 구매해 주세요.
2. 결제와 이용권 전달

계좌이체는 판매자가 입금자와 금액을 확인한 뒤 이용권 키를 발급하고 신청 이메일로 일회용 수령 링크를 보냅니다. PayPal 결제는 승인 후 발급합니다. 링크는 72시간 안에 한 번만 열립니다.
기존 토스 카드 결제분은 이미 낸 이용 기간까지 이용할 수 있으며, 다음 토스 자동 갱신은 중단됩니다.
PayPal 카드 정보는 PayPal에서 처리하며 저희 서버에는 저장되지 않습니다. 계좌이체 신청에는 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.
3. 정기결제(자동 갱신)
- PayPal로 결제한 1년 이용권은 해지하실 때까지 1년마다 같은 금액으로 자동 결제됩니다. 계좌이체 이용권은 자동 갱신되지 않습니다.
- 갱신 결제는 이용 기간이 끝나기 하루 전에 이루어지며, 결제 7일 전에 결제 예정일·금액·해지 방법을 메일로 알려 드립니다.
- 갱신되면 새 이용권 키를 메일로 보내 드립니다. 새 이용 기간은 앞 이용 기간이 끝나는 날부터 이어집니다.
- 가격이 바뀌는 경우 갱신 결제 30일 전까지 메일로 알려 드리며, 동의하지 않으시면 해지하실 수 있습니다.
- PayPal 갱신 결제가 승인되지 않으면 이용권 갱신이 지연될 수 있습니다. 결제 상태를 확인해 안내합니다.
4. 해지
- PayPal 결제 완료 메일과 갱신 예고 메일에 있는 해지 링크를 누르면 바로 해지됩니다. 로그인이나 전화는 필요 없습니다.
- 링크를 찾기 어려우면 kyle@worksmate.co.kr 로 신청하신 이메일과 함께 알려 주세요. 영업일 기준 1일 안에 해지해 드립니다.
- PayPal 정기결제 해지는 다음 결제를 없애는 것입니다. 이미 결제한 이용 기간은 끝까지 쓰실 수 있고, 남은 기간에 대한 일할 환불은 없습니다.
5. 환불

왜 한 편이라도 만들면 환불이 안 되나요? 이 프로그램이 주는 것은 완성된 영상이고, 한 편을 만든 순간 그 가치는 이미 전달됩니다. 대신 구매 전에 이용권 없이 1편을 끝까지 만들어 볼 수 있게 해 두었습니다(전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제5호·제6항에 따른 시용 제공).
'만들었는지' 는 어떻게 아나요? 프로그램이 이용권으로 영상 만들기를 처음 실행했을 때 "이 이용권이 사용됐다" 는 사실 하나를 서버에 한 번 보냅니다. 영상·대본·파일 이름은 보내지 않습니다.
환불 방법 — kyle@worksmate.co.kr 로 신청하신 이메일과 사유를 보내 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 안에 처리합니다. 계좌이체는 환불받을 계좌를 확인해 송금하고, PayPal 결제는 PayPal로 환불합니다. 환불되면 이용권은 해지되며 PayPal 정기결제도 멈춥니다.
6. 그 밖에
- 이용권은 구매자 본인이 쓰는 것이며 다른 사람에게 팔거나 넘길 수 없습니다. 키를 여러 사람이 함께 쓰는 것이 확인되면 이용을 정지할 수 있습니다.
- 프로그램이 만드는 영상의 저작권과 책임은 그 영상을 만든 분에게 있습니다. 촬영본과 대본은 내 컴퓨터에서만 처리되고 저희 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 이름·이메일·전화번호는 입금 확인, 이용권 발급, PayPal 정기결제 안내에만 쓰고, 관련 법령이 정한 기간(대금 결제 기록 5년) 동안 보관합니다.
- 이 약관에 없는 내용은 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다.

The short version
- The one-year licence costs 59,900 KRW by bank transfer and does not renew automatically. International PayPal subscriptions cost US$43 and renew yearly.
- For PayPal subscriptions, we email you 7 days before each charge. Cancel any time; you keep the time you have paid for.
- Full refund within 7 days of a payment if no video has been made with that licence.
- No refund once a video has been made with that licence. You can make one full video for free before buying.
1. What you are buying
13mincut is an automatic video editor that runs on your own computer (macOS and Windows). A one-year licence gives you a key to register in the app and make unlimited videos during the term. One key works on one computer at a time; use “Release this computer” in the app to move it.
The installer is free, and you can make one complete video without a licence — no watermark, nothing held back. Please try it with your own footage before you buy.
2. Payment and delivery

Existing Toss card purchases remain valid for the paid term; their next automatic Toss charge is stopped.
For a bank transfer, the seller checks the sender and amount before issuing the key and emailing a one-time licence link. PayPal licences are issued after payment confirmation. The link opens once, within 72 hours.
PayPal handles card details; we do not store them. No card details are collected for bank transfers.
3. Automatic renewal
- PayPal licences renew every year at the same price until you cancel. Bank transfer licences do not renew automatically.
- We email you 7 days before each charge with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
- After each renewal we email a new licence key. The new term starts when the previous one ends.
- If the price changes we will tell you at least 30 days before your renewal, and you may cancel.
- If a renewal charge is declined we retry for up to 3 days, then stop the subscription.
4. Cancelling
- Use the cancel link in your receipt or renewal-notice email. No login or phone call is needed. PayPal subscribers can also cancel from their PayPal account.
- Or email kyle@worksmate.co.kr from the address you signed up with; we cancel within one business day.
- Cancelling stops future charges. You keep the licence until the end of the paid term; there is no pro-rata refund for the remaining time.
5. Refunds

The first time you start making a video with a licence, the app tells our server one fact: that the licence has been used. No footage, script or file name is sent.
To ask for a refund, email kyle@worksmate.co.kr. We process it within 3 business days. For bank transfers we confirm a refund account; PayPal payments are refunded through PayPal. A refund revokes the licence and stops any PayPal subscription. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
6. Other terms
- The licence is for the buyer and may not be resold or shared.
- You own, and are responsible for, the videos you make. Your footage and scripts are processed on your computer and are not uploaded to us.
- Your name, email and phone are used only to issue the licence, confirm payment and send subscription notices.
